Frequently asked
How do the credits work? The service runs on credits: 5 credits are granted each month. Additional packs are available through in-app purchases, and the Pro and Premium subscriptions give unlimited use. Signing and filling a document is free.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device? Open the paywall (any paid feature) and tap "Restore purchases". As long as you are signed in with the same Apple ID, your subscription reactivates.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription? From your App Store account settings, at any time, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Are my documents private? In local mode, everything stays on your device. In cloud mode, images are encrypted then deleted after processing. Your signatures never leave the phone.
