Privacy policy
This policy describes what happens to information you entrust to this site. It covers bloomwise.studio. The studio's apps each have their own policy, published on their own page.
Data controller
Bloomwise SAS, 58 rue de Monceau, CS 48756, 75008 Paris Cedex 08, France, company number 103 497 988, reachable at tanguy@bloomwise.studio.
What we collect, and why
The only form on this site is the quote request. It collects your name, your email, and if you provide them your company, your phone number and your current site address, along with the scoping details you pick: project type, package, options, budget, timing and your message.
Purpose: answering your request, preparing a quote and discussing it with you.
Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request, under article 6.1.b of the GDPR. This is not consent to marketing: the information is only used to handle your request, and sending it will not sign you up to anything.
Optional fields are marked as such. Leaving them empty does not prevent your request from being handled.
Who sees it
You write to the studio, and the studio reads it. Three technical providers are involved in delivery:
- Vercel Inc. (USA), site hosting and form execution.
- Resend Inc. (USA), delivery of the notification email and the acknowledgement.
- Hostinger International Ltd. (Cyprus / Lithuania), hosting of the studio's mailbox.
Transfers outside the European Union are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, together with the EU / US Data Privacy Framework where applicable. No data is sold, rented, or passed on for advertising.
How long
Exchanges tied to a quote request are kept for three years from the last contact, the period recommended by the French data protection authority for business-to-business prospection. After that they are deleted. If a contract is signed, the related documents follow statutory accounting retention periods.
Audience measurement
This site uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count visits and measure load times. Both work without cookies and without any advertising identifier: they cannot recognise you from one visit to the next, nor follow you across other sites. That is why you are not shown a consent banner.
The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com and is only loaded on the booking page, where Cal.com's own terms then apply.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. An email to tanguy@bloomwise.studio is enough, and gets an answer within one month.
If the answer does not satisfy you, you can contact the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, or cnil.fr.
Updates
This policy may change if the studio's tools change. The version in force is the one published on this page.
