Practitioners

Websites for practitioners.

Before booking, people want to know who you are, what you do and how a session goes. A directory listing does not say any of that. A studio in Bordeaux, working across France.

In care and wellbeing work, the first appointment is decided before the call. The prospective patient reads, compares, looks for a face and a way of speaking that suits them. What they usually find is a directory listing: your name, an address, some slots. Nothing about your practice, nothing about you.

Those platforms fill the diary, and that is worth something. But they present you exactly like the ten other practitioners on the same list, so the comparison happens on the only criterion they display, availability. A site of your own moves the question: it says what you do, who for, and how it goes.

It is also the only place where you can explain an approach without having to compress it into one line. A page describing how a session unfolds heads off half the questions on the phone, and it brings in people who already know what they are walking into.

The site does not compete with your booking tool: it houses it. If you already work with an online diary, we integrate it. If you do not, we set one up.

What is included

  • A page that explains your practice

What you do, who for, and what happens during a session. It is the page that sorts people out before the call.

  • Online booking

We integrate the diary you already use, or we set up a new one. The account is in your name and stays with you.

  • Your speciality and your town in Google

Pages are written for real searches, the ones that pair a practice with a place.

  • Your reviews on display

The reviews you already have, brought onto the site, where they reassure at the right moment.

  • Fees and practical details

Address, access, parking, how long a session runs, how to pay. The questions you field every week, written once.

  • Domain name and hosting

Included in the subscription, along with backups and updates. No technical account to open or keep an eye on.

  • Your changes, uncounted

Hours that shift, a qualification to add, an absence to announce: you write, we change it.

How it works

  1. We talk

Thirty minutes to understand your practice, your patients and what the site has to trigger. A call, not a questionnaire.

  2. We design

You see a mockup of the real site, with your words and your photos, before a single line of code. That is when corrections cost nothing.

  3. We build

The site is built, tested on a phone first, and wired to your booking diary.

  4. We ship

Domain, hosting, certificate, redirects if you already had something. There is nothing for you to do.

  5. We look after it

Your changes, the updates, the monthly report. The site stays accurate instead of quietly ageing.

Questions we get asked

I already have a listing on a booking platform, what is a site for?
The listing fills the diary, the site explains the practice. On a list of practitioners you are compared on availability, because that is the only thing shown. On your own site, you are read. The two work together, and each one points to the other.
Can I keep my current online diary?
Yes. We integrate it into the site and you change none of your habits. If you do not have one, we set one up, and the account is created in your name.
Can I write about my training and my approach?
That is the whole reason to have a site. Qualifications are stated as they are, with no promise of outcome, which the codes of practice in most of these professions require anyway.
Which practices do you build sites for?
Osteopathy, physiotherapy, sophrology, hypnotherapy, naturopathy, dietetics, psychomotor therapy, yoga. The practice changes what we put forward, not how we work.
How long before it goes live?
The timeline is given in the quote, once we know what the site has to hold. What makes it vary is almost never the build, it is when your words and your photos arrive.
Do you only work in Bordeaux?
The studio is in Bordeaux, the clients are all over France, and a good part of the work happens remotely anyway. Distance changes neither the price nor the timeline.
