- Length
- ≈ 15 min
- Difficulty
- Medium
- What you need
- 2 standard dice + 1 cup.

Rules
How to play
Like Mexico but German version. Roll 2 dice under the cup, look without showing, and announce your result (you can lie!). The next player must either believe and do better, or challenge.
Ranking
- Mäxchen (2-1) = best score.
- Then doubles: 6-6 (66), 5-5 (55), 4-4 (44), 3-3 (33), 2-2 (22), 1-1 (11).
- Then combinations: highest die first → 65, 64, 63, 62, 61, 54, 53, 52, 51, 43, 42, 41, 32, 31.
Bluffing
You MUST announce a score at least as good as the previous player. If you can't (or won't), you can bluff! If challenged and you were lying → you lose. If challenged and you were truthful → the challenger loses.
Call ranking

FAQ
- What if you challenge and the player told the truth?
- The challenger loses the round (a life or a token). If they were lying, they lose.
- Can you call the same score as the previous player?
- Yes, a call must be at least as good. In practice, raising puts more pressure on the next player.
- Are Mäxchen, Mia and Meyer the same game?
- Yes, with small regional differences. The 2-1 roll is called Mäxchen in Germany and Mia in Denmark.
