Rules
Come Out Roll
Roll 2 dice. If total is 7 or 11 → instant win ("Natural"). If total is 2, 3 or 12 → instant loss ("Craps"). Any other total (4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10) becomes the "Point".
Point Phase
If a Point is established, keep rolling. If you hit the Point again → win. If you roll a 7 → loss ("Seven Out"). All other results are neutral, roll again.
Winning
Simplified: the shooter wins on a Natural or by hitting their Point. They lose on Craps or Seven Out.
The come out roll

FAQ
- What is the point in craps?
- The total rolled on the come out roll when it isn't a Natural or Craps. You must roll it again before a 7.
- Why does 7 matter so much?
- It's the most likely total with two dice (6 in 36): it wins on the come out roll and loses afterwards.
- Can you play craps without money?
- Yes, with tokens or points. Bone tracks each shooter's wins and losses.
