Bead is provided free of charge by BLOOMWISE SAS (France). By using the app you agree to the following.
Use of the app
You can use Bead for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. You agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or sell access to the app.
No warranty
Bead is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it correct and reliable, but we don't guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your match history is stored locally, so use the backup export or back up your device if it matters to you.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLOOMWISE SAS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Store terms
The standard end-user terms of the store you downloaded Bead from (the Apple App Store or Google Play) apply in addition to these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of the place where BLOOMWISE SAS has its registered office, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
