By installing and using the Deckard: Card Counter app (the "app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Deckard: Card Counter is published by Bloomwise SAS, a simplified joint-stock company registered in France.

Purpose of the app

Deckard is an educational and training tool for card counting and basic strategy at blackjack. It offers lessons, drills and a simulated blackjack table.

Simulated nature, responsible use

The app involves no real money and lets you win or lose no real amount. The balances and chips shown are fictitious. The app is not gambling advice and does not guarantee any winnings: card counting reduces the house edge but removes neither chance nor the risk of loss. Real-money gambling carries risks, including addiction and financial loss. Play responsibly and in accordance with the laws that apply where you live.

License

The publisher grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the app for non-commercial purposes.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind as to its accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the app, including decisions made in a real-money gambling context.

Intellectual property

The app, its content and its interface are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of Bloomwise SAS.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be changed. The last updated date appears at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts.
